Terms and conditions to use the resale rights:

1. You are free to sell the Product at any price above the suggested resale price of $39.97. You're not allowed to sell below this price. if you're selling it as a complete package inclusive of the 3 bonuses.

2. You may not change the website sales letter except for adding additional bonus (or bonuses) you wish to offer to your prospects and editing your name. If you need to make any changes, you may ask me for permission.

3. You MAY NOT change the product in any way, nor may you sell the bonuses separately from the main manual. They must be sold together as a package.

4. You MAY NOT authorize other people to sell the product.  You cannot grant reprint rights to others. If your customers want to sell the product, then they must purchase a license directly from us. You may sell the product, but not reprint rights. But you may create your own affiliate program.

5. You are suggested to sell the course BY itself as a stand alone product, but you are also allowed to 'package' deal it.  If you are including it in any other "package" deal, the package deal must worth more than $97 in order to maintain the value of the product. It is not allowed to be packaged with a package with over 10 products or "firesale" type of promotions. However, you MAY add bonus items to the product as long as they do not under value the main product.

6. You are allowed to use it as a bonus gift to your other main product as long as your main product is selling for $50.00 and above.

7. You are not allowed to give the product away for free except to your previous paid customers that had ordered your products worth more than $50.00.

8. You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

9. You MUST setup this product for order processing on your own webpage.  Please DO NOT send any of your customers to OUR download location.  Everything must be hosted at your own website and orders processed from there. I do not provide instructions for setting your site up.

10. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Patric Chan.
